KAP Fees & Policies
Virtual KAP is available throughout California and Washington, with in-person sessions available in Berkeley and San Anselmo.
THE KAP TREATMENT PATH
Fees for each step:
01 intake Assessment Session:
50 minutes - $250
telehealth with therapist
02 Medical Assessment with Physician:
50 minutes - $300
Telehealth with prescribing doctor.
03 Prep and integration sessionS:
50 minutes -$250
telehealth with therapist
04 Ketamine Medicine SessionS:
90-min -$375 (virtual only)
2 hours- $750 for in-person, $500 for virtual
3 hours - $975 for in-person, $750 for virtual
Treatment fees are paid session by session, no upfront package fee is required.

While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide you with a “superbill” for out-of-network reimbursement, should your plan offer those benefits. If you're unsure what your plan covers, I encourage you to reach out to your provider to learn more about your options.

I acknowledge that KAP is an investment towards your mental and emotional health. I offer a few sliding scale spots for low-income individuals who do not have access to financial resources. If you think your circumstances may apply, please let me know during the KAP intake consultation and we can discuss sliding scale options.

Sliding Scale rates are based on financial need and range from $150-225 per hour. Sliding Scale rates are determined during the intake assessment session. You may be required to fill out a financial need form prior to the intake session.

Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy for 50 to 90-min sessions and a 4-day cancellation policy for 2 and 3-hour sessions. This policy ensures that other KAP clients on the waiting list are able to book sessions.
